Just to let you know about the hacking tool, it's the crack for both Hotline Miami games, and I didn't have any problem with it on my Windows getting a virus or malware. Also, here I linked the links where I got the games in case you still have doubts about it:

Hotline Miamiis a 2D top-down action video game developed by independent developers Jonatan Söderström and Dennis Wedin (Dennaton Games), initially published and released byDevolver Digitalon October 23, 2012 for Windows. Set in an alternative 1989 Miami, you will assume the role of a mysterious antihero on a murderous rampage against the shady underworld at the behest of voices on your answering machine. Soon you'll find yourself struggling to get a grip of what is going on and why you are prone to these acts of violence.
Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Numberis the second and final game in the Hotline Miami series and a direct follow-up to thefirst game, serving as a sequel, a sidequel and a prequel. This time the narrative is centered around a bigger cast ofcharacterswho each have their own point of view regarding theevents of the series. Most of the gameplay mechanics are intact and players get to experiment with newweapons, new and more goryfinishing movesand a complete story arc that concludes the series.
The game has an immensely popularSoundtrackfrom a much wider variety ofArtiststhan the first game, with many of the original game's artists returning to provide several new tracks.

I trusted the person and it seems to be fine, I've had it installed for a little and it hasn't shown me any signs of malware. I just hope it's not possible to somehow give me malware after I've downloaded the files. I have only installed the first Hotline Miami game.
