My family and I love this recipe! It’s delicious and a great way to use fresh basil from the garden (I’m always looking for places to use that!) I ESPECIALLY appreciate the measurements of ingredients added to the steps in the recipe, so I don’t have to go back and forth or pre measure everything beforehand.Reply
Hello Tara, its one of my favorite recipes too. We make it all of the time, even our non keto friends make it. Thank you for the kind words 🙂

My husband told me multiple times how good this casserole was, and he offered that I can make it again anytime. It’s hard to please the teenager with anything that includes vegetables and “too much” cheese, but the grown-ups loved it.Reply
I just loved the keto creamy chicken broccoli casserole recipe! I would love to finish the recipe with a little bit of clarified butter or ghee. I personally prefer the taste of ghee instead of any other cooking fats.Reply
We like a little bit of a crunchy topping on our casseroles. I took a couple of cups of pork rinds in each them down into breadcrumb texture, added some Cajun seasoning, and then mixed that with the cheese to top the caserole.
PERFECTION! We loved the creamy casserole with the crunchy topping.Reply
Hello Shelley, what a great idea. I will give the pork rinds a go next time we make it. Thank you for the tip and feedback.
