I have a 23 350sxf and absolutely love the bike. I have about 30hrs on it, it has kyb forks, factory edition triple clamps and I feel like I have it pretty dialled.
I'm being very nit picky but I feel like i get a slight twitch or nervousness from the front at times, very minor but.
I'm wondering who has tried different triple clamp offsets and what were the positives/negatives youfelt?

Apparently the 23.5 mm offset is the go to. I have the same bike, same hours, kyb forks, and feel the same way. I haven't pulled the trigger and clamps though as they're pretty damn expensive. I'd be interested to hear if they're worth it

Yeah I have heard the same thing aswell, I'm just hesitant to pull the trigger as I have wasted alot of money in the past on parts that make little or no difference ha ha.

Yes, 23.5 clamps made a big difference and yes, the bike seemed to turn even better. The stability was improved a great deal. I was able to test one bike with the clamps and one without back to back. I purchased the RE clamps.

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. I have heard a few times that the ride engineering clamps are a bit more rigid than others. Is this something you noticed?

No, nothing stands out like that to me. I had xtrig clamps on one bike and the RE on the other. The main thing I could tell was one was much more stable and even turned better. I will say the 23.5 contributed to removing some pressure off the front end possibly because the harsh feel in the hands got better. I am not sure what clamp is better but 23.5 is certainly the way to go.

You've tried tightening the headstock nut?
Just checking as it is cheap and easy if it helps.
For years I spent huge money on Scotts Dampers etc on various bikes, when I think tightening the headstock might have been at least half the answer.

I would go with the Luxon clamps, much better made and fully adjustable
